High energy production: precise and efficient, strict control of details
The factory adopts a streamlined digital management model, equipped with high-end core processing equipment including five-axis machining centers and ultra-precision grinders, with a machining accuracy reaching ±0.1μm. A Class 1000 clean room is specially built for the assembly of optical and sensor components to eliminate environmental impacts on product quality. The workshop realizes full-process traceability of materials and production procedures, maintaining a stable mass production yield of over 99.7%.
