SCT-100FN Coating Thickness Gauge
SCT-100FN digital coating thickness gauge adopts magnetic induction and eddy current dual testing principles, configurable with three interchangeable probes (F1, N1, F10): F1/F10 work for magnetic ferrous substrates like iron & steel to test non-magnetic paint/enamel coatings, N1 adopts vortex mode for non-ferrous base such as copper, aluminum to measure insulating coating; its standard measuring range is 0~1250μm with 0.1μm resolution, while optional F10 probe expands measuring range up to 0~10000μm; the device features OLED backlit display, built-in data memory for 5 groups ×99 readings, anti-interference metal housing and over-limit alarm function, widely used for coating thickness inspection in machinery, chemical industry and commodity detection.

The SCT-100FN Digital Coating Thickness Gauge adopts single-chip technology, with high precision, high brightness screen, digital display, stable indication, sensitive response, low power consumption, simple and convenient operation, no calibration knob, single probe full scale measurement, small size and light weight. The instrument can be widely used in the fields of manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing. It can be used in both laboratories and engineering sites.
The SCT-100FN Digital Coating Thickness Gauge is capable to measure thickness of non-magnetic coating layers (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel), also can measure thickness of non-conductive coatings layers (enamel, rubber, paint, plastic) covered on conductive substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel)
