SCT-200 Coating Thickness Gauge
SCT-200 Coating Thickness Gauge applies magnetic induction and eddy-current dual measuring technologies, which can automatically identify ferrous/non-ferrous substrates for mode switching. It non-destructively measures coating thickness ranging from 0~1500μm with accuracy of ±2%H+1μm and minimum measuring diameter Φ15mm. Equipped with backlit large screen, it supports single/multi-point calibration as well as single & continuous measurement. Featuring wear-resistant probe and rapid measurement, the gauge works stably under extreme temperatures and is widely applied in coating inspection for automobile, metalworking, chemical and commodity inspection industries.
Product Details
Application:
This SCT-200 Coating THICKNESS Gauge both include magnetic and Eddy current function, which can automatically identify magnetic or non-magnetic substrate and automatic switch, it can quickly measure coating thickness no damage and precisely. Widely used in laboratory and engineering site, in the fields of automobile industry, manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing. It is a necessary instrument for material protection profession.
The Coating thickness Gauge include backlight, large screen digital display, provide single point and multi-point calibration and other functions, this instrument is resistant to high and low temperature, anti fall, the probe wear (more than 500,000 times), good test stability, fast test speed, suitable for a variety of measuring environment. Its technical parameters fully conform to national and international standards.
The Fe function can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on all magnetic substrates, such as paints, powder coatings, plastics, porcelain, chromium, copper, zinc, etc.
The NFe function can measure the thickness of the insulating coating on all non-magnetic substrates, such as paint, plastic, porcelain, etc. These coatings shall be applied to non-magnetic metallic substrates such as aluminum, copper, brass or stainless steel.
Features:
Two thickness measuring methods adopted: magnetic induction(F), Eddy-current(N)
The SPRING guide sleeve probe with super wear resistant carbide stylus guarantees constant compression force and stable sampling value for measuring on hard or even rough surfaces
