Its three axes adopt high-performance synchronous belt drive and high-precision granite guideways, featuring strong load capacity and easy workpiece loading/unloading. Equipped with various scanning and triggering probes to satisfy diverse metrology demands, it has a measuring range of 400×300×300mm, space measurement error of 2.5+L/300μm and maximum moving speed of 200mm/s, delivering high inspection efficiency and outstanding measuring accuracy.
