SP‑X5000A‑series Ultra‑DOF 3D Digital Microscope features an upgraded imaging system with motor‑driven 20‑500× magnification switching. It supplies deep‑depth synthesis, high‑definition image stitching, multi‑mode lighting, AI‑assisted image optimization and full‑electric control. It realizes 2D & 3D stitching and 3‑D dimension measurement. Equipped with optional work platforms, split‑screen comparison and image navigation, it is applied to microscopic inspection for precision parts and metallographic samples.
