WAW – 2000D Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine
The WAW-2000D Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine features a maximum test force of 2000kN, a force resolution of 1/500000, and a displacement resolution of 0.01mm. It supports closed-loop control for constant force, constant displacement and constant strain, and can automatically determine mechanical indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of materials. Complying with domestic and international standards including GB/T 228.1, ISO 9227 and ASTM A370, it is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, metallurgical research and other fields for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metallic and non-metallic materials.

Multi-functional handheld controller --- capable of controlling the lifting and lowering of the mobile beam and cylinder, as well as the clamping and releasing of the jaws, while also featuring an emergency stop function for the oil pump, making specimen clamping more convenient;
Equipment Operation Monitoring System—Features phase sequence and phase loss self-check indicators, as well as electrical overcurrent and overload protection functions, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation;
The upper and lower jaw seats of the host adopt an internal clamping method—ensuring more stable sample gripping and better alignment of sample fractures;
An elastic damping mechanism is installed at the lower part of the lead screw—effectively reducing impact caused by specimen fracture and minimizing noise;
A flexible dust cover is added externally to the screw rod—preventing foreign objects from entering, enhancing the durability of the screw rod and transmission mechanism, and improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the machine;
Safety Guard Cover---Three-sided Perforated Safety Guard Cover Made of Cold-Rolled Steel Plate, Prevents Foreign Objects from Flying Out During Testing, Enhances Protection Level While Facilitating Real-Time Observation by Operators, Effectively Ensuring the Safety of Laboratory Personnel.
The servo pump station adopts a cartridge valve differential pressure follow-up technology—energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe, and reliable, reducing system heating; meanwhile, the clamping force increases with the test force, ensuring secure sample fixation.
